If you would like to attend an Ultreya or Serenade, please fill out the form at the bottom of this page. Be sure to indicate the facility and activity you want to participate in.
Once you have signed up, you will be contacted regarding your status prior to the event. Please remember there are currently some limitations in place at some facilities, so if you signed up but didn't make the list, please don't be discouraged!. We thank you for making yourself available.
Please note that if you have not been LEIN cleared in the last 6 months, you may need to submit a new LEIN form. We will try to make sure to inform you if you need to submit this after you have submitted the request to sign up for serenade or Ultreya.
You can download and submit a LEIN form on the new LEIN Clearance page.

- To attend a serenade, you must have completed a 3 day Cursillo type weekend of your own, such as Emmaus, Keryx in Community, Tres Dias, Via de Cristo, Cursillo or similar weekend.
